Acceptance of Terms

Server Listings

By submitting a server listing you confirm that:

  • You own or are authorised to manage the server you are listing.
  • All information provided (IP address, description, tags) is accurate and not misleading.
  • Your server does not violate any applicable laws or Mojang's usage guidelines.

We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time, without notice, if we determine it violates these terms or is harmful to users.

Sponsored Positions & Bidding

The sponsored position auction runs monthly. By placing a bid you agree that:

  • Bids are binding. If your bid places in the top 10 for your game category, payment is required.
  • You will complete payment within the deadline stated in your invoice. Failure to pay will result in your position being forfeited and awarded to the next highest bidder.
  • Sponsored positions are activated on the 1st of the month the bid was placed for. No refunds are issued once a position is activated.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or adjust the auction at our discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use automated tools to generate fake views, votes, or IP copy events.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent voting limits.
  • Submit false, misleading, or spam server listings.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and removal of all associated listings and bids.

Disclaimer of Warranties

mcserverlist.app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of server status data, or the conduct of any server listed on the platform. Server ping data is updated automatically every 5 minutes and may not reflect real-time availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mcserverlist.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data or revenue.
